Completed in 2018, Bondi Beach House is the transformation of a tired Bondi Semi into a contemporary two storey beach house.  Interior detailing including v-groove panelling and exposed floor joists with recessed lighting create a relaxed yet sophisticated feel.

A triangular shaped courtyard with adjacent ‘boomerang’ stair allows light to penetrate deep into the floorplate, flooding the interiors with light and a sense of space that belies the fact that the house is a semi.
