Careful planning fits private accommodation, communal spaces, courtyards and landscaped areas within a compact footprint, making the most of the available land without losing the places that support everyday social life.
Courtyards and planted spaces are woven into the arrangement, bringing light, outlook and greenery into the development. These outdoor areas extend the shared amenities and create opportunities for residents to meet, relax and spend time outside their rooms.
The street façade combines textured face brick with dark metal detailing and rounded corners, giving the narrow building a distinct identity within its residential setting. The project is being developed by Cohaus and is currently under construction.
