Extensive alterations and first floor extension to a semi in North Bondi.

The brief was to create sufficient accommodation for a large family.

Constrained by the extension of the adjoining first floor semi, the response was to curve the front and rear facades so as to relate to the adjoining house, but to extend the accomodation out further.

Approved in October 2021 and currently under construction.
