The Dixon Tamarama

The Dixon is a boutique apartment building in the “front row” at Tamarama. The Dixon, at 5 Pacific Ave, will provide four three-bedroom residences, with three whole-floor apartments and a double-level penthouse. The façade’s curved, faceted balconies reference the Tamarama clifftops, while the material palette blends in with the coastal environment.

Status: Under construction and nearing completion. Construction commenced in August 2024.
