Dellview Residences is a dual occupancy in Tamarama, conceived as two coastal homes with sea views. The building steps down the sloping site in a series of layered volumes, drawing on the ledges and contours of the Tamarama cliffs. Curvaceous forms and planted terraces soften the composition and give each residence its own relationship with the outlook.
A palette of face brick, concrete and timber balances solidity with warmth. Deep balcony edges and recessed glazing bring shade and depth to the elevations, while rounded corners carry the stepped form around the site. Landscape is woven through the terraces, connecting the architecture with its coastal setting.
The arrangement follows the fall of the land, opening the principal living spaces towards the sea and extending them into sheltered outdoor areas. Dellview Residences is currently under construction by Hoz Constructions.
