Acquired by The Living Company (Scape) and now under construction, Scape Eveleigh brings 200 co-living rooms and generous shared spaces to Redfern. The project occupies a prominent site between Cleveland, Woodburn and Eveleigh Streets, close to Redfern Station.
Textured brickwork and finely detailed metal balconies draw on the surrounding streetscape, while planted roof terraces soften the building’s edges. A landscaped central courtyard creates a shared focus for the development and a connection through the site.
Communal spaces, commercial tenancies and a dedicated community facility extend the life of the building beyond its private rooms. Shared rooftop gardens provide further places to gather, with planting and seating overlooking the city.
